In his attempt to round up and save his companions, Spirit will explore five areas and encounter a dozen characters, from Carrie Nation and 'Snakefinger' Riely to Little Brook, Little Creek, and the Kickapoo Trader Eagle Eye.ĭuring the adventure, Spirit nurses Rain back to health by providing food (apples) and water, collects arrowheads as currency for buying quest items, and picks up feathers as an indication of his kindness. Although the game doesn't follow the movie script in detail, gameplay features elements of action from the film including the capture of Spirit by rustlers, his subsequent escape, and rescue of the filly Rain and other horses.
